Working Principle

The laser leveling system uses laser technology to achieve high-precision land leveling.

Its core principle is that the laser transmitter emits a high-speed rotating (300-600 rpm) laser beam to form a reference plane covering the working area.

The laser receiver installed on the hydraulic mast then detects the laser signal in real time and converts it into an electrical signal to transmit to the control tablet.

The control tablet then analyzes the terrain height difference based on the receiver signal and adjusts the lifting height of the scraper through the hydraulic system to achieve the automated leveling operation of "digging high and filling low".
