・What are the policies/protections for agents?
There is a strict protection policy for agents!
Agents are regulated in the scope of sales, and as a rule, it is not permitted for more than two agents to act in the same region. Prices are uniform even in different regions, so price competition between agents is strictly prohibited. If sales are discovered across regulated regions, the agent’s agency rights will be immediately revoked.
Sales promotion support: Agents can be reimbursed at a certain rate for expenses incurred through local PR, exhibitions, and advertising activities (proof such as receipts is required).
・What about technical support?
Our products are widely used overseas and have passed harsh environments. They are now easy to install and stable to use. In addition, we have instruction videos and manuals for your reference, and we have technical guidance available for online support at any time. After purchasing the product, we provide technical support for how to use it, etc. for three months online support and six months on-site support.
・Where do you ship from? What is the shipping time? Do you have offices in other countries?
We have a business partnership with DHL/Fedex. Domestic shipping from our Japanese branch takes 6 days from the next day, and from our overseas headquarters takes about a week. Our headquarters is in China, and our branch is in Japan.
・Do I need to change my hydraulic system?
This product is electric motor controlled and does not require any modification to the hydraulic system.
・After-sales service/warranty
Warranty period: 1 year for main parts (motor, tablet, base station).
3 months for accessories (antenna, sensor, wireless module, cable).
We can provide 7 x 24h service after sales of our products. We will do our best to satisfy our customers with the fastest response to any problems that occur during use. If any equipment trouble occurs during the warranty period that is not man-made, please return the product and we will provide a replacement product free of charge. If you are not satisfied during the trial use, please return it and we will give you a full refund.

・Is the tablet easy to use?
Let’s start with setting points for automatic steering. You can easily create a navigation line by setting point A and then manually driving to point B and setting it. With one touch of the automatic button, the car will automatically follow the navigation line without any manual intervention.
Automatic steering controls the steering in the first place, and manual operation is required to adjust the height of work equipment such as the accelerator and brakes.
・Is the NMEA function supported?
The NMEA function can be used by purchasing a separate NMEA harness. The NMEA function allows the GPS information received by the autopilot system to be sent to other devices for use.

・How should I install it?
After purchasing from your local dealer, the dealer will install and set up the product. The product will arrive about one week after purchase, and installation and set up can be completed in about one day. The dealer will explain how to use the product and then provide you with a manual.

・Network RTK, what is Ntrip account?
This is a service that corrects the GPS information received by the automatic steering system. Using network RTK enables high-precision work (error of ±2.5cm).
An Ntrip account is an account for using network RTK, and you will need to sign up for services such as Softbank’s Ichimir or Ares.
*In Hokkaido and Fukui Prefecture, base stations are built by prefectures and local governments, so in addition to Ichimir and Ares, you can use Hokuren RTK in Hokkaido and Fukui RTK in Fukui Prefecture. We also sell and install base stations, so you can use them after purchasing an account if you are within that range.
