FAQ

1.What is the accuracy of the system?

The system runs on an RTK correction signal, meaning it’s accuracy is within +/- 2.5 cm.

2.How is the installation done?

You can install it yourself; our installation video will help you.

3.What if something doesn't work?

We’ll establish a WhatsApp after-sales service group for you, where our technicians will promptly answer your questions.

We support video conferencing and remote maintenance software to access your system and provide rapid assistance. We also provide on-site technical training and support.

4. What can the system do?

The system can record various tracks (curves, straight lines, circles), fields, and even work (for documentation). Implements can also be created and recalled later. Automatic U-turn is also included as standard.

5. What's included in the system?

The system includes a receiver, monitor, steering wheel motor, and all necessary wiring harnesses, including an NMEA cable for signal transmission to another job computer (e.g., for section control applications) and a camera.

6. What costs are involved?

In addition to the one-time purchase price, there is a processing fee for your local RTK signal and the cost of a mobile SIM card.
Processing fees may apply for using the local RTK signal. The amount and type of fees vary depending on different area and the specific service. One-time setup fees or annual flat-rate fees for user administration are common.

7.How much mobile data does the system use?

A prepaid SIM card with a small data allowance is sufficient to work with the N600.

8. Can I cover all application scenarios with one setting?

No! Depending on your working speed, parameters must be adjusted. The basic settings can be found in the operating manual.
These different parameters ensure that the tractor does not rock at high speeds and keeps the track clean at low speeds.
Adapting the system’s control behavior for different tasks and speeds is particularly easy with the N600.

9. Can the system also be used on tractors without a cab or with an open cab?

The receiver and terminal are protected to IP65 and IP67 standards respectively!
However, it is also recommended to cover the main components with plastic bags during heavy rain to protect your equipment and extend its lifespan.

10.How fast and how slow can I drive the N600?

0.1 – 20km/h

11. What areas of application can be covered?

Virtually all areas of application for work in grassland, arable farming, or specialty crops can be covered.

12. On which machines can the system be installed?

Thanks to various adapters, the system can be installed on (almost) all common tractors, combine harvesters, or similar vehicles.

13. Can I also equip my second tractor for the system without having to buy a separate monitor and receiver?

Yes! With our expansion kit, this is possible!
